Check in Procedure

• Photo ID Proof and Address Proof is compulsory to check in the Hotel.
• Check in Time is 12 Noon and Check out Time is 11 A.M. If early check in the additional changes is applicable subject to the availability.
• Foreign Nationals are subject to full fill the ONLINE FORM ‘C’ formalities only check in will be allowed on produce of Original Passport and Original Visa.
• Early check in,
• Form ‘C’ formalities,
• Modifications or amendments if fails.

Reservations

• All reservations is subject to the availability and confirmation by hotel side to reconfirm the same from time to time to the gusts to prevent any simulated bookings.
• If the guests want to do any modifications or amendments to be checked with the hotel prior enough time to do the such modifications subject to the availability and if any financial charges are applicable or not. The hotel will not be responsible for such modifications or amendments fails.

Website Availability

• The Site svresidency.in will not be available continuously if any issues the same will not be available for any unforeseen circumstances. The original travelers only need to do the reservations. If any fraudulent, false reservations will be financial liable for all the users. The login user name and password to keep confidential. No Travel agents or agency will be allowed to do bookings using this site. No service charges will be paid if any such reservations.

Rate & Taxes

• The hotel has rights to change the rate for any room / child rates / occupancy max limit from time to time with or without notice.
• If any government rules for the taxes rate changes, in mean time the reservations are made the same is applicable while check in the same.
• With or without prior notice.
• Reservations are made the same difference amount needs to pay while check in. Vice versa if the TAX rate is decreased, the same difference amount will be refunded.
• Payment of Rs.1000/= (Rs.One Thousand only).

Cancellation and Refund

• The hotel has rights to accept or reject the reservations if any fraudulent or suspect of the guests or if any manner is not satisfied by our side, the reservation amount will be refunded to the guests without making any alternative arrangements.
• The pre-paid reservations will be refunded as per the cancellation policy. Hotel has rights to change this policy from time to time.
• The hotel has rights to reject the reservations if any foreign nationals or if any foreigner without any reason.
• No shows No refund will be given.

Service and Charges

• The hotel is not responsible for product or services due to unavailability.
• If any occupancy dispute found while check in different from the booking the same will be charged.
• Duplicate key will be provided stating the request letter from the guest and  payment of  1000. The same is available with the Management only.
• The continue stay customers needs to hand over key at reception for the room cleaning. The gusts should not keep any valuable things in the room. The hotel is not responsible for if any personal things or cash or jewels of any such losses.
• The hotel reserves the right to change a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a beyond time period of cancellation

Offers and Promotions

• The hotel has rights to change the rates and promotions from time to time applicable to the reservations

Child Policy

• Child policy (0-5) years is free accommodation for any room without extra bed. The extra bed charges is applicable for all the guests.

Pets Policy

• No pets will be allowed.
